We oversee the full days run of service from setup and strike. Making sure that no detail is missed. We ensure that the show flow is smooth and the run of events is on point. We take care of all the small details from setting your menu cards with guest menu selection, to ensuring the lemons and limes are washed and freshly sliced for the bar. We collaborate with you on your timeline and ensure everything flows so you can enjoy your celebration. Our team is onsite on the day of your event from load-in to load-out.
